My name is Charlene Hall. I've been a professional chef for over 10 years. I studied at the The Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago. I specialize in custom special occasion cakes and artisan catering for up to 300 guests.
We started Goldstar Cafe and Catering to fill a need for scratch baking and whole food cooking in a market that had mostly processed and frozen standardized foods. We believe that quality food prepared in a wholesome and flavorful way is not only healthy but delicious and affordable.
Our wedding cakes are one of a kind, baked and built for each individual vision and budget.
